Case Studies
Real Estate Finance: In a major office building restructuring and acquisition project in London, we facilitated the introduction of Chinese clients and their legal representatives to a leading UK law firm. Acting as a central coordinator, we connected the Chinese investors with the British seller, real estate agents from both China and the UK, the court-appointed receiver in the bankruptcy proceedings, as well as legal counsel on both sides of the transaction.
