Client’s litigation (Appeal) in China: The Client (an American company) operated in China and previously employed an in-house attorney. After resignation, this attorney filed a claim against the Client contending the Client owed him substantial sums. In response, the Client opted to pursue an appeal and engaged F2F to provide strategic advisory and coordination support throughout the appellate process. F2F collaborated closely with a Chinese law firm, a U.S. law firm, and the Client’s internal team, offering independent assessments and guidance on appeal procedures under both Chinese and international legal frameworks. In addition, F2F remains prepared to mobilise further resources within China to support the Client’s litigation efforts as needed.

Criminal Proceedings in Croatia: The client’s former director and shareholder engaged in a series of misconducts during his tenure, including unauthorized fund transfers, mishandling of tax matters, and improper handling of company inventory and business operations, leading to the loss of multiple funds. F2F leveraged resources and referred an investigator’s team in Croatia to the client and formed a working group to tackle the problems the client was facing. The client instructed F2F to provide advisory and coordination support in efforts to recover the lost funds and to assist in potential legal actions aimed at this previous former director. F2F designed a case progress tracking sheet to coordinate with the client’s team and the investigator’s team endeavouring to expedite the recovery of lost funds and progression of the criminal proceedings. F2F also facilitated discussions between the client and the investigator’s team, advised on key strategies and provided explanations on specific aspects of legal procedures based on strong expertise.
