Mike Wang

Mike has nearly 25 years’ experience at King & Wood Mallesons, serving numerous large cross-border institutions from across China and Europe in the UK focusing specifically on cross-border investment and mergers & acquisitions. He spent nearly a decade working in the UK, where he focused on investment transactions between China and the UK. His clients have included major corporations such as Alibaba, BP, Huawei, and CGN. Regularly instructed by leading European and Chinese clients across a range of industries, Mike is recognised for his commitment to building long-term, trust-based relationships. His approach is grounded in the pursuit of shared success, with an unwavering dedication to creating value and delivering mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.

Julie Zhu

Julie holds double degrees in Law and English from Shandong University, providing a strong interdisciplinary foundation in legal analysis and cross-cultural communication. In 2024, she earned an LL.M. in International Tax Law with distinction from King’s College London, where she deepened her expertise in global tax policy and cross-border regulatory frameworks. Known for a strong sense of responsibility and a creative approach to problem-solving, she approaches challenges with both discipline and innovation. During her legal studies, she completed internship at TsingLaw Partners in 2021 and 2022, where she gained valuable experience in legal research, client advisory, and transactional work, further reinforcing her commitment to a career in international business and legal practice.
